Chapter Mission
The Southern Willamette chapter of the American Council of the Blind of Oregon was founded by and is made up of people who have low vision or visual impairment and the community members who support us.
Our mission is to increase and enhance the independence, equality of opportunity, security and quality of life of people with low vision or visual impairment by:
- Promoting public safety and accessibility.
- Education.
- Advocacy.
- Community Involvement.
- Social engagement and fellowship.
