The American Council of the Blind, Metro PDX
The Metro PDX Chapter of the American Council of the Blind Of Oregon (ACBO) is based in the city of Portland. Our purpose is to create life-enriching community involvement opportunities for persons who are blind or visually impaired.
Our meetings are the 3rd Saturday of the month at 2 pm.
