The American Council of the Blind, Rogue Valley Chapter
Our goal is to help provide blind and visually impaired people with the information, contacts and knowledge so that they can live the best life possible. It can be reassuring and helpful to gather and talk with people who have had similar experiences and issues than learned how to deal with them.
